Land of The Littles Information
**Dress rehearsal: There is no “Land of the Little’s” on Dress Rehearsal Day! We will only have a few helpers that day due to school conflicts, etc.
Please review the Dress rehearsal schedule for your time for your child’s class/routine.
PreK Arrival Time: 11:15am arrive in full hair and makeup for your 1st routine. Please look for your designated dressing room by class/routine. Change into your first costume and wait in the audience for us to begin promptly at 12:00 with all PreK classes.
Combo/Adv Combo Arrival Time: 3:30pm arrive in full hair and makeup for your 1st routine. Please look for your designated dressing room by class/routine. Change into your first costume and wait in the audience for us to begin with all combo/adv combo @ 4:00pm.
**Spring Show: 9:00am Check in @ “Land of the Little’s”
When you arrive at 9:00 am to drop your child off at “Land of the Littles,” your child’s hair and make-up must be complete for their first dance (see land of littlest information below for more details)
9:00am Arrival @ Land of Little’s
9:30am All dancers will head to the stage for 1 or 5 year trophy presentation & video presentation.
If you just completed your first year or your fifth year here at Broadway Dance & Fitness you will be receiving a 1-Year or a 5 year trophy prior to the show
9:45am FINALE RUN THROUGH: All dad’s/partners and dancers will run through finale on stage
(ONLY PreK, Combo, Adv Combo, Beg ages 7-9 Jazz/Lyrical/Tap/Ballet, Hip Hop 7-9….If you are 10 & up you will not be in this show’s finale!)
10:00am Doors will open for the audience
12:00pm “Land of Little’s” Closed
Before you arrive:
Your child should arrive in normal play clothes- Do not wear tights, or dance shoes, Spring Show costumes. Before you arrive and before you drop you child off at “Land of the Littles” you must have your child’s hair done for her 1st routine and partial make-up (powder, eye shadow, blush and mascara) complete!
What you need to bring for your child:
Your black Spring Show bag with ALL 3 costumes (Ballet, Tap, Daddy Daughter)(any bows wands, wings, tiara, or costume pieces) , All shoes (ballet, tap and any black shoe for Daddy Daughter dance (not tap shoes!)), Carmel colored tights, pony tail holders, bobbie pins, hair spray, and all make-up. (You will receive a costume, hair and make-up list from your teacher explaining how it should all be done).
There are no hangers permitted in “land of the Littles” for your child’s safety. No extra bags- ONLY black Spring Shoe Bag. Please make sure you child’s name is written in ALL shoes. You must have black elastic on your tap shoes-NO TIES!!
What to Do upon Arrival:
When you arrive, you will drop you child off at the designated location. You will receive your color coded ticket with your child’s name on it and your child’s group leader’s name- which you will need in order to pick up your child. A “land of the Littles” teacher will take you child to their wonderful decorated magical play land! You will go sit and enjoy watching the whole show!
Your child will be back stage with our wonderful staff members playing, watching movies, coloring, playing games, dancing, etc. If we have a problem with your child we will make an announcement, in which you will need to report the “Land of the Littles” drop off point. I (Kim Cabe) will be back stage as well, so if there is a problem I will try and resolve it before we come to get you.
How to pick up your child:
When it is time to pick up your daughter after the show, you will take your color coded ticket to the drop off location, wait in line, until one of our staff members takes your ticket and brings you your child. Before you leave, please check you child’s bag to make sure she has all of her belongings, and then you may leave.

Spring Show
Important Notes:
Due to the number of students in multiple routines, we must schedule all Pre-k Combo, Combo, and Adv. Combo classes in between other numbers to allow for costume changes!!
Be Prepared… Finale consists of ALL students dancing in the Sat Morning Spring Show, it will be crowded!
